When will my order ship?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days unless you selected Express options at checkout, your order will ship the same day if the order was placed before 12 PM CST.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with the shipper.
Can I get a refund on final sale?
Any body suits, lingerie, and accessories are final sale. In addition, any and all sale items, including flash sales, and orders with a coupon code are considered final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Please carefully review our refund policy.
What if my order has not been delivered?
Contact USPS, UPS, or DHL to track your order. If you still need assistance regarding locating your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I process a return or exchange?
To make a return or exchange, please provide the receipt and print and fill out the form included inside our parcel and send it back. Item must be unworn, unwashed, tag attached.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, worn, contain scents of signs of wear, or missing parts such as tags for reasons not due to our error will not receive a refund.
We are not responsible for any shipping fees. If you are returning but no exchange, you are responsible for the shipping fees. To return your parcel back for an exchange, you are responsible for shipping fees to send it to us we will charge you standard shipping fee of $7.95 (Domestic only), and calculated shipping fee based on weight for International to send it back to you.
It takes up to 10 business days for us to process our return or exchange. A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund or exchange has been processed.

Can I have a gift card or store credit instead of a refund?
At this time, we do not offer store credit or gift cards.
I received a damaged item. What do I do?
In the rare event that item that you received is not in good condition, please email us at email@example.com before sending the product back. We will not accept any returns with damages without being notified beforehand. We will gladly assist you.
